  Sunset Dinners are truly a remarkable experience at Mt Bachelor. Take the chairlift to Pine Marten Lodge, perched at 7800 feet and enjoy fine wine, cocktails and scrumptious fare by chef Adam Stevens. The crab Rangoon dip is a great sharing appetizer if you simply want to enjoy the deck. With prime rib, seafood, chicken and pasta, there is something for everyone on the menu.
