Join us Saturday, March 17 in the West Village Lodge upper mezzanine (above Cocoa's) for a FREE Seminar with Physical Therapist, Eric Coughlin. Eric will discuss extreme winter sports and how to stay injury free while doing the sports you love. He'll talk about common injuries, new injuries seen with the advent of these sports.
